Please note, Craniosacral appointments are scheduled by the session, not by the hour. Please allow anywhere from 45 minutes to more than an hour and a half for your session.

What does a session look like?

This work is done with the client fully clothed, lying on the massage table. The practitioner listens to these subtle, fluidic movements using a light to moderate touch at various locations on the body, like the back of the head or under the sacrum. In some cases, the practitioner will use verbal support in conjunction with touch. These sessions are very relaxing and can be extremely beneficial.

Does Craniosacral Therapy work well for babies or children?

Yes, anyone can receive this work. because of its subtle nature, babies very often respond well to Craniosacral. Birth, and the months thereafter, can be a physically trying time for babies and their mothers. Craniosacral Therapy can be an effective tool in helping soothe many common issues that new babies and parents go through.
